Thank you for choosing Phalange Studios! When purchasing from us you agree to the shop policies.

Due to the nature of the product and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

Sizing 

• We want to highlight that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct sizing. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing errors. To help achieve the best fit, we strongly recommend using our sizing kit for the specific shape and length you're interested in, as it provides the most accurate measurement.

Custom Orders

• We’ll go over all your requests before you place a custom order. After the order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the design, shape, length, or color unless I haven’t started working on it yet. Since the items are customized, all sales are final. You’ll receive a confirmation photo before it ships.

Quality 

• The nails created are all handmade. Due to the customizability and human craftsmanship, nails may vary slightly from the photos advertised (such as charms and color). By purchasing from us, you understand that variations can exist between advertisement photos and final product.

Shipping

• Shipping and processing time can take 7-16 business days.
